Terms and Conditions – y999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of y999 – including the website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, or any related service – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and y999. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the y999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

• You must be accessing y999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, entity, or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of y999 or any of its technology or gaming partners.
• You must not have previously had a y999 account suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.

y999 may request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any point during your use of the platform. This is standard practice for all online gaming platforms and is done to protect both you and the integrity of the service. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on y999. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address that you control. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your y999 account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. y999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in account security settings. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact y999 support immediately.

y999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or give access to your account to any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions on y999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y999 does not accept foreign currency deposits and there is no currency conversion applied to any transaction on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification steps in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

Accepted deposit methods at y999 include:

Deposits made via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically reflect in your y999 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank card and IBFT transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. y999 does not charge any deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of y999.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered to a third party are not permitted and may trigger an account review. y999 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if reasonable doubt exists about the ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals at y999 are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in keeping with standard anti-money laundering practices. There is no minimum withdrawal amount and y999 charges no withdrawal fees on any method.

Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1 to 2 business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal delays until verification is complete. y999 strongly recommends completing account verification at the time of registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

y999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, match-fixing involvement, breach of these Terms, or suspicious account activity. In such cases, y999 will notify the account holder and aim to resolve the investigation within 72 hours.

Any winnings derived from bets placed using bonus credit remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they qualify for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus conditions.

y999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit match bonuses, free bets, acca boosts, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has specific terms that govern its use.

General bonus rules applicable to all y999 promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus credit or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page and typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn as cash – only real money winnings derived from wagering through the bonus are withdrawable once requirements are met.
• y999 bonuses are intended for recreational players. Accounts displaying systematic bonus exploitation patterns – such as low-margin bets designed purely to clear wagering requirements – may have bonus eligibility reviewed or removed.

General betting principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the y999 system. y999 will not cancel bets for reasons of user error, misunderstanding of odds format, or a change of mind after confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a clearly incorrect odd that is substantially different from the correct market price), y999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake in full.
• For live in-play betting, any bet placed after the triggering event has occurred (e.g., a goal scored before the bet was accepted) will be voided and the stake returned. y999 uses technology to minimise the latency between event and market suspension, but live betting carries inherent timing risk.
• Bet limits apply per market and per account. Maximum stake sizes are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets (accas) are subject to the standard rules for each individual leg. A voided leg is treated at odds of 1.0 and the acca continues with the remaining selections.

For card games and live dealer games, all results are determined by the physical cards dealt on camera or by certified RNG software. y999 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are provided by certified software partners whose systems are independently audited for fairness.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on y999. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with y999 games or markets in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any activity designed to corrupt the integrity of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering or using y999 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on y999 – including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, brand name, logo, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the property of y999 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the y999 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any y999 content without prior written consent from y999.

Unauthorised use of y999 branding, trademarks, or intellectual property for any commercial purpose is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

y999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data principles at y999:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

• y999 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receiving a self-exclusion request (voluntary closure).

Upon closure due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach – such as voluntary closure at your request or account inactivity – your available real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting y999 support. Please note that closure does not automatically cancel pending bets; any open positions at the time of closure will settle normally based on the relevant outcome.

y999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

y999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. y999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of winnings from bets that could not be placed due to technical issues, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits y999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

y999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player – y999 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or prominent in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

For minor or administrative changes (such as updated contact information or clarification of existing policies without substantive change), the updated Terms will be published with a new effective date and continued use of the platform following publication constitutes acceptance.
